We understand that being a photographer, or videographer, can be difficult and stressful. From your client changing the brief on you, having deadlines that are crazy tight, or simply being challenged by a particular task that you haven’t had a lot of experience with.
At Black Dog Camera Hire, we are predominantly an equipment hire company, and therefore our staff are amazing at customer service, administration, and managing bookings! We don’t always have a technical support person on-site to answer some of the more difficult technical questions. However, we want you to feel equipped with the knowledge to successfully navigate your gig!
You can now book in with one of our technical specialists – 1:1, who can answer all of your questions and make sure you walk away comfortable with what you need to do. Our specialists are charged out at $130/hr with a minimum of 1-hour booking required, and these sessions usually take place in our location in Woolloongabba, or can, on request, be offered at your location for a travel fee of $60/hr (min 1 hour, max 20 klms). Select your requirements with the preferred date and time with our online booking system and add travel if required.
